Jog.fm: Workout – specific playlists

In a short blurb about the effects of music on post-exercise recovery, Health magazine suggested jog.fm as a source for choosing workout music. It’s a great resource!

Jog.fm suggests music for your workout, whether you’re running, cycling or walking. You can create a free account on the site, then choose your activity (running, walking or cycling) and your desired pace (i.e., walking a 15-minute mile). Then, jog.fm provides a list of recommended songs for you to choose from in order to put together an appropriate playlist. You can also choose from user-generated playlists.
